About ASTRAA
A well-made cut is a precise instrument.
ASTRAA fabricates and fits architectural glass under one roof — cut to the millimetre, toughened to standard, and installed by our own hands. We built the workshop around a single idea: keep the whole craft together, and stay answerable for it.
The name
ASTRAA, from the Sanskrit astra.
Astra means “weapon” — but the part of that idea we take to heart isn’t force, it’s precision. A weapon is made to do one thing exactly, with an edge that holds. So is a good cut of glass.
That is the standard we set for ourselves: every panel measured, cut, finished and fitted like a precise instrument — clean edges, true sizes, no compromise where it meets the wall. The name is a reminder of the discipline, not a claim about noise.
What we stand for
Three things we won’t bend on.
Precision
A pane is only as good as its edges and its size. We hold cutting to ±1 mm and treat every tolerance as a promise, not a target.
Safety
Glass belongs in homes and buildings, so it has to be safe by design — toughened to IS 2553, inspected, and rated for where it will live.
Accountability
One team owns the result from first cut to final panel. If something isn't square, safe or clean, there's no one to point to but us.
The workshop
One roof, from raw sheet to fitted panel.
Most glass changes hands three or four times before it reaches a wall — one shop cuts, another toughens, someone else prints, and a separate crew installs. Every handover is a place for a millimetre to slip or a week to disappear.
We keep cutting, edgework, toughening, printing, back-painting and installation in-house. Tolerances hold because the same team carries them through. Timelines are ours to keep because no one else is in the chain. And when a panel is finished, one team stands behind it.
